Detailed Notes: 
The back side has a hose in and hose out connection for the chiller. There is a T where I can connect a carbon filter and run the outflow from that to the kettle. I have not hard plumbed this in, yet. Flow of chiller water is controlled by a solenoid valve from a switch in the control panel. The stand itself could be made less than half the size, and could be low profile (countertop) if desired. I made it large because I may expand one day to do traditional 3 vessel all grain brewing. The control panel is also built with that in mind and could be made much simpler if I was only ever going to do brew in a bag.
