Detailed Notes: 
The kegs are upside down. The spears and valves were removed, and 2" tri-clover x 1/2 MPT adapters are fitted with 1/2" SS ball valves. When brewing is done the hops and grains are scooped out, then the tri clovers removed and the keg hosed out. Afterward PBW is cross circulated for 20 mins, then everything is dissassembled and rinsed before being dried and put away. No lifting of full kegs is required.
